High rigidity:
The fuselage structure adopts the fully supported design, and the computer simulated solid structure analysis is carried out for the key stress parts. The force on the base is 800kgf, and its deformation is within 0.01mm. It can fully withstand the rigidity requirements of cutting.
The column adopts an integrated gantry structure and increases the support area to ensure that the service life of processing rigidity and stability can be improved during the high-speed operation of the main axis and vertical direction. The first-class high-precision linear guide rail and roller screw imported from Taiwan are used to ensure the geometric precision, positioning precision, stability and service life of the overall structure.
The servo drive adopts Japanese first-class brand, which is superior to competitors of the same level in terms of output torque and positioning accuracy.
The direct spindle, with reasonable structural design, fully ensures that the spindle can maintain stable precision operation in high-speed continuous operation, and can achieve high-precision and high gloss machining effect in the cutting process.

The maximum running speed of the three axes of the machine tool can reach 36m/min, and the cutting speed can reach the range of 0-10m/min, which can shorten the processing operation time and improve the work efficiency. The spindle ensures high torque output and good accuracy reliability during adjustment and operation cutting.
